We had a fantastic holiday in Zambia, Botswana and Mozambique. Tongabezi in Livingstone was beautiful, and very relaxing. The Linyanti was very green and whilst we didn't see as much wildlife because the rains had started, we did see a lioness and her cub whilst out walking. The Delta was just fabulous: we loved being in the wilderness. Our lodge in Mozambique was lovely - we would highly recommend horseriding along deserted beaches and over the sand dunes.
