You will fly from Johannesburg to Vilanculos in Mozambique and transfer to a luxury Indian Ocean eco-island retreat by helicopter. The vision here is to provide the ultimate in private luxury hideaways in a stunning ’undiscovered’ destination.

Accommodation is in a luxury beach villa with private pool, beach frontage, indoor and outdoor showers, mini bar and butler service. The main fine dining restaurant offers magnificent uninterrupted views out to sea, and specialises in combining fresh local ingredients with locally caught seafood.

The resort is perfect for relaxing, but there is a range of activities to choose from.

The reef in this area is excellent for diving and snorkelling: green and leatherback turtles, reef sharks, stingrays, devil rays, moray eels, whale sharks (seasonal), manta rays (seasonal), grouper, as well as a variety of reef fish may be seen. Dolphins are frequently sighted en route to and from dive sites and guests will be able to snorkel with them if time and sea conditions permit. Humpback whales migrate past these waters in season and are also frequently sighted or specific whale watching experiences can be arranged.

On land, island drives, visits to the lakes and dunes, beach barbeques and remote beach picnics are available.

Final Day

After breakfast, you will transfer back to Johannesburg via Vilanculos.

Cost includes full board, butler service, half hour back and neck massage, island drive, sunset dhow cruise.

Cost excludes other activities and international flights.
