The trip combines the cosmopolitan city of Toronto, with live sports, fine cuisine and vibrant waterfront with the pristine wilderness and magnificent landscapes of the Blue Mountains, Killarney and Algonquin Provincial Parks. The route includes the magnificent Niagara Falls, the winelands, and a unique opportunity to interact with First Nations people on Manitoulin Island.

Itinerary

Days 1-3: Toronto
Toronto is absolutely buzzing with life. Rocket-ride up the CN Tower and explore the Waterfront, packed with restaurants, theatres, galleries, stores and parklands. Catch the ferry to the Toronto Islands, catch a baseball or hockey game, or take a heritage walking tour. There aren't enough hours in the day!
Day 4: Niagara
Explore nearby Niagara Falls: feel the mist on the Hornblower Cruise, and don a poncho to get up close with Journey Behind the Falls. There is also a whirlpool jet boat tour or a helicopter ride for a full panoramic view of this natural wonder.
Day 6-7: Blue Mountains
A summer playground and winter ski resort: hiking, biking, cycling, caving and golfing are all the agenda here. Take a Segway tour or ride the gondola for panoramic views of the resort.
Days 9-10: Manitoulin Island

Manitoulin Island - a magical and remote place notable for its First Nations Community. Take a tour with members of the First Nations Community: paddle ancient canoe routes of the Anishnaabe people, learning about medicinal plants and take a guided hike to sample teas from foraged ingredients.
Day 11-13: Ottawa
Head for Parliament Hill, take a cruise on the Rideau Canal, learn about 20,000 years of human history at the high tech, must-see Canadian Museum of History, and learn about Canada’s Mounties at their national training centre.
