Botswana was fantastic. Fortunately there were 6 great people (including myself there!) on the trip so that always is a guarantee for a happy time. The guide and staff were first class. So many animals. saw everything I wanted to see so it was a personal success for me. No down sides. I would definitely recommend taking a hand held fan or two for inside the tent, just to move the air around. Food was amazing. Don’t know how they produced these fantastic dishes in a bush oven. Love Botswana and the people. Would definitely go again.

It was an AMAZING trip. Landscapes more than I could have hoped for – the variety was remarkable.
I was fortunate to be travelling with only one other – and American who was, like myself, also a ‘birder’.
We enjoyed seeing the ‘big game’ of course but were equally enthralled by the bird life – snakes and tortoises which our very knowledgeable guide pointed out to us.
Standard of accommodation was excellent and the friendly staff were superb as well.
Will certainly recommend Native Escapes to anyone who asks.

The trip went well with no problems at all.
The Shamwari trip was memorable and by far the highlight of our holiday. All the accommodation was of a high standard – Hunters was lovely.
We finished off in Cape Town and had a great time there.

Our highlights were the hike up table mountain, the Huey Helicopter ride (absolutely thrilling, I would recommend it!) & the Safari.
