Family Safari in South Africa, The Sermon Family
The whole family can not thank you enough for an amazing holiday. Every bit of the service you organised worked like clockwork, from the meeting off of the plane to the transfers.
Thank you again for the best holiday our family has had.
Malawi Self-Drive, Ms Rapicetta
Unfortunately we are back home! everything was fine, and the ground team were very kind and useful, they helped us in all we needed..even with the police looking for a bribe!
Malawi is definitely a great country and we do enjoy our trip..so thank you very much!!
Explore Namibia – Ms Hoare
Our trip was amazing and completely exhausting towards the end, because of the enormous distances we had to travel each day. Sossusvlei was magic, we were up about 4.30 am and the first people in the park . We returned to our vehicle and moved off to find our picnic breakfast spot just as the hordes staying outside the reserve, were arriving and the reverse at sunset.
We had a good stay at Swakopmund. My daughter did the kayaking amongst the seals, which was one of the highlights of her trip. The fish restaurants were excellent and it was a welcome break from all the meat. The food was good throughout the trip, especially at Kipwe and Onguma camps. Kipwe was our favourite stop, with its ‘hobbit like’ cottages and the bar at the top of the ridge to watch the sunset. We also found the desert adapted elephants.
Our Guide, Usko, was exceptional and there was a very happy rapport among the whole group.
The Welcome pack included complimentary metal water bottles, which is worth knowing, as we need not have taken our own. We were given canvas bags containing log books and the backs of the seats had pockets for water bottle, map, and various info books and cards, so it was all very practically thought out.
Self-Drive Namibia. Mr and Mrs Truman
Just thought I would drop you a note to tell you that Lorna and I had a wonderful holiday.
Overall it was a great experience, wonderful country and great wildlife and unusual scenery. A few more days would have been great as there was lots of driving days.
Thanks for your help in putting it together.
Explore Namibia. Mr & Mrs Broad
The trip was fantastic and we enjoyed it immensely.
The tour guide was absolutely brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble for him. He was excellent at spotting wildlife; he drove very sensibly and safely; he arranged the various meals en route well – and produced cooked picnic breakfast at Sossusvlei!
The trip to and stay in Damaraland was exceptional. The facilities at Camp Kipwe were like a “leading hotels of the world” location. The accommodation was very high quality and the meals were equally good. The morning drive in the Huab river was incredible and the guide’s persistence in tracking paid off when we came upon the desert adapted elephants – one of the high spots of the trip.
Etosha itself and the stay at Onguma tree top camp was excellent. There was plenty of wildlife activity in Etosha and the accommodation at Onguma was high quality as was the level of service. It really is life in the raw – as advertised. The first night the lion roaring was disconcertingly close to our tent!
All in all we were very impressed by the tour.
